Account Deletion — Last updated: March 2026

You can request the deletion of your HAILGUARD account and all associated data by following the steps below.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

1.Open the HAILGUARD app and go to the Profile tab.

2.Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".

3.Confirm the deletion. Your account will be permanently removed.

Alternatively, send a deletion request to: privacy@hailguard.app
Include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.

WHAT GETS DELETED

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

Your email address and account credentials
Your city and location preferences
Your subscription plan and billing information (Stripe customer data deleted separately via Stripe portal)

WHAT IS RETAINED

Anonymised usage logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud prevention purposes. No personally identifiable information is retained after account deletion.
