When you create an account, we collect your email address and city/location (used to calculate your hail monitoring radius). We do not collect any other personal data.
Your email is used solely for account authentication and hail alert notifications. Your location is used to display relevant hail events on the radar map. We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment transactions: stripe.com/privacy.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt region).
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. We will process your request within 30 days.
We use only functional cookies necessary for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
